Dolney RV Center Rental Guidelines

We look forward to working with you and giving you an overall great rental experience! Here are some guidelines to make the process as smooth as possible.

• We offer 5 day rentals, with the option for additional days added on to whichever term selected. Each rental comes with insurance.
  • Rentals are due back by 11:00am.
• Rental units will NOT be picked up or delivered on holidays or Sundays.
• Weight distribution hitching is available for rent & is required depending on your tow vehicle. The cost for rent and set up is $49.00. (If any piece of equipment is missing when the rental is returned, you will be charged the retail amount to replace the missing items.
• Each vehicle MUST be equipped with a brake control and a 7-way plug.
• Only the listed driver on the contract may tow the unit. We must obtain a copy of your driver's license before you leave with the rental. Driver/Renter MUST be at least 25 years of age, and have a clean driving record. We also need a copy of your auto insurance. Delivery & Pickup is available, please call for pricing.
• Included with the rental: toilet chemical, RV toilet paper, 30/15 amp plug adapter, awning mat, sewer dump hose, a 25' 30 amp extension cord, and a 25' fresh water hose. (If any items other than the toilet paper and toilet chemical are not returned with the unit, the customer will be charged for each missing item.)
• Charges:
  • A down payment of $150.00 is required to guarantee a reservation on all rentals.
  • Full Payment for the rental must be paid 30 days in advance of the departure date including security/damage deposit.
  • All fees are payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards ONLY.
  • A credit card number including expiration date and CVV code must be recorded and kept on file before the rental leaves our lot.
  • From the date of the reservation to 30 days prior to the pick-up date Dolney RV Center will refund the down payment less a $25.00 processing fee. NO REFUND (except for security/damage deposit) will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to departure.
  • Security deposit:
    • A $500.00 security/damage deposit will charged in addition to rental fee. Once rental is returned and inspected and providing there are no damages or shortages said security/damage deposit will be credited back to the card on file. Every effort will be made to refund within 15 business days after return of rental.
  • If the unit is damaged, is not clean, tanks are not dumped, or any other issues other than normal wear and tear, the customer will be charged the appropriate fees.
    • If the holding tanks have not been emptied there will be a $50.00 dumping fee.
    • If the unit comes back uncleaned, there will be a cleaning fee of $99/hour, for as long it takes to clean the unit, with the maximum being $1,000.00.
    • Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
    • Pets are not allowed in the rental units.
    • Any other damage will be charged the retail amount it costs to repair or replace the damaged items.
    • The insurance deductible is $500.00.
• If you decide to purchase a unit from us within 90 days of renting the unit, we will credit 1/2 of the rental fee (Rental fee only. Excludes taxes and any other fees.) off of the purchase price of the unit!
